Mr. Ram Chandra Sharma, representative from Panchase Cable Car and Tours Ltd, is the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company. He has been involved since the incorporation of the company. He is also the Chairman of the RKD Holdings Limited. He has been involved in real estate, financial & other business sector, having an experience of approximately over a decade.

Mr. Sharma is a highly energetic, focused, collegiate team builder. Passionate about stakeholder’s engagement and opinions, he is committed to increasing value of the organization. He is responsible for the overall working of the company and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the company.He holds a diploma degree in planning from India and BBS from Tribhuvan University. He has worked as a Chartered President of Bihani Saving & Credit Co-operative president for a period of Ten years. Also, Currently he is the chairperson of the RKD Holdings Limited since its establishment. Further, he is also involved Lions club of Pokhara, New Road as a voluntary member as well as worked as a General Secretary in Center of Co-operative President Society (COPS).
